1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
6 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. Grains of Montana All-Natural white flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
Cream shortening and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
Add bananas
and eggs; mix well. Add flour, salt and soda; mix just until
moistened.
Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Yield: 24 servings.
1 3/4 c. Grains of Montana All-Natural white flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T milk
Chocolate kisses
Sift together: first three ingredients. Cream butter & peanut
butter.
Gradually add sugar. Add unbeaten egg, vanilla & milk.
Add dry
ingredients. Shape into balls, roll in sugar & bake at
375 degrees
for 8 minutes. Remove and top with chocolate kisses. Push down
on cookies. Bake 2-3 minutes longer.
3 c. Grains of Montana All-Natural white flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
4 beaten eggs
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
2/3 c. shortening (melted)
Mix all dry ingredients. Make well in center & add remaining
ingredients.
Stir enough to dampen. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
